Tia Johnson
Assistant to
the Director

Tia Johnson is the assistant to the preschool director at Parkridge Christian Academy. God lead my path to serve here at PCA in October of 2015. I have six years of experience in the early childhood field and I have an associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education. My job is to support the preschool teachers as we work alongside with the parents in setting the foundation of each students’ life. I support the teachers by assisting them in implementing the preschools curriculum and ongoing assessment tool. I do this by reviewing the weekly lesson plans, ensuring that the activities planned are developmentally appropriate for each age group and administering assessments. I love and have a passion for children and I am grateful that I am able to do what I love and most importantly do it in a Christ centered program.
